Giveaway Official Rules
Official Rules for Nintendo Switch Giveaway by Twang Partners LLC
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
This Nintendo Switch Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Twang Partners LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Twang Partners LLC, located at 6255 WT Montgomery Rd San Antonio Tx 78252.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Twang Partners LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted online starting from the date these rules are published and ending on October 6th at 11:59 PM EST.
5. How to Enter
Enter the Giveaway by submitting your name and email address through the designated entry form. One entry per person; multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. Prize
One winner will be awarded a Nintendo Switch and a video game ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random at the conclusion of the Giveaway under the supervision of Twang Partners LLC. The winner will be notified within 1 business day via the email address provided at the time of entry. Twang Partners LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk email, or other security settings. The winner will have 3 business days to claim their Prize, or another winner will be selected.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering this Giveaway, you understand and agree that Twang Partners LLC shall have the right to use, publish, and distribute your name, likeness, and statements for promotional, news, or advertising purposes in any media without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
9. Terms & Conditions
Twang Partners LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Twang Partners LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.
11. Privacy Policy
Any information you submit as part of the Giveaway will be used for the purposes of this Giveaway and treated in accordance with Twang Partners LLC's Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State in which Twang Partners LLC is incorporated, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
How to Claim the Prize
The winner must contact Twang Partners LLC within 3 business days after being notified of winning. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 3 business days, the winner forfeits the Prize and another winner will be selected.
Acceptance
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to use his/her name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
