Q: How will my order ship?

A: All of our orders are shipped out using UPS Ground. If your order is going to a P.O Box or an APO address, it will be shipped using USPS. If your package ships USPS, we will not be able to track it once it leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, at this time, the USPS does not provide us with tracking numbers for any packages shipped through their services.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Our shipping rates are based on the total amount of product being ordered. The breakdown is as follows:

  • $5.99 for all orders under $10.00
  • $6.99 for all orders between $10.01 and $25.00
  • $7.99 for all orders between $25.01 and $50.00
  • $8.99 for all orders between $50.01 and $75.00
  • $9.99 for all orders between $75.01 and $100

You can upgrade your package to 2 Day Shipping for an additional $9.00 above the Regular Ground rate, or Next Day Shipping for an additional $15 above the Regular Ground rate.

Q: Can you ship anywhere outside of the United States?

A: No, unfortunately we do not have our system set up for this service. However, please contact our customer service team at and we can see what we can do for you. 

Q: Will I get a tracking number for my order?

A: If your order was placed through our website and an email address was provided, you should have received your tracking number in the form of an email, but we will be more than happy to provide you with that information. Request here

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: Our company does have a 14 business day lead time, however orders placed online or over the phone are usually processed and shipped within 72 hours. Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, it will depend on the transit time to your destination. Transit times vary from 1-5 business days depending on the stat your are in (U.S Only)

Q: How is the product packaged?

A: All orders are packed in a cardboard box stuffed with packing paper as to not get damaged.

Q: I paid for expedited shipping and my order still has not arrived, was it shipped?

A: If the order was shipped without being expedited, respond in the following way:

Your order was shipped, however it was shipped out regular ground. We do apologize for the delay in you receiving your order. We will be happy to refund you the difference you paid for the expedited shipping.
